This post comes directly from a bag that caught my eye on the Etsy main page last night! Lucha Workshop’s Esty Store has a mixture of handmade items from pillows to t-shirts and of course bags! The details like placement and stitching on the bags makes them a step ahead of the masses…”attention to detail” is my favorite phrase…and these pieces are perfect examples!

I have been in the market for a new wallet and or checkbook cover…and these fabulous bright pieces from Yatta Bags are just the thing! They also make a great gift…for someone graduating and joining the “real” world…they come in beautiful colors and patterns and also different sizes. I have to admit, being a jewelry designer myself, I often indulge in the work of other jewelry designers! Sure, there are things I could try to make, but…they are so beautiful…and so well done, that sometimes I just WANT THEM! Plus…as I’ve said before…I rationalize it easier…because I am helping a fellow artist!

I am partial to Chearrings earring collections, they are feminine and beautiful and also make a statement. I love the hoops and the long and lean earrings like the three pairs I’ve chosen below. It is apparent that a lot of thought goes into each of the designs. Aside from all of this…they are incredibly reasonable considering the time and effort I know it takes to make each set! I am always drawn to trees for some reason, every time I am looking for artwork or even just cards…if there’s a tree I always have to have it. That’s probably why I stopped when I found this next artist Melissa Moss. Her paintings have trees and other botanical elements in them like Venus fly traps, cherry blossoms and ferns. Some of them have a great sense of humor too like the “Snax” print below and the “The Party’s Over” prints. They are detailed yet simple in their form and I found myself going from one to another and quickly viewing almost the entire page. It was hard to choose which ones I wanted to feature here, but I picked some favorites, please take a look at her website or her Etsy Shop to see which are your favorites!

If you are looking for some super cute cards to use for spring or summer correspondence, then 12Fifteen Paper Goods is the place for you! Being my usual Etsy-Hound self…browsing around for paperie…I found the most adorable little birdie cards…(see below) I couldn’t help myself, I of course instantly favorited them. Later on I was checking out the whole shop and now I’m confused…there are too many to choose from!!! So I figured what better to do that to share with you so you can be confused too! Please take a look, they are beautifully crafted, and artfully laid out in seasonal corals, and pinks and blues:

I found these decal sets on Etsy, and thought, what a great idea! You can stick them on your walls and if you get sick of them you can take them down. They are not reusable tho…so make sure you place them correctly the first time! They come in a palette of colors you can choose from, in motifs from flowers, to spirals, to even monkeys for the kiddos room. A great way to fill up some of those bare walls in your house and add a bit of interest to any room. If you don’t see something that’s you, you can email them and they will even work with you to come up with a custom piece just for you!
